Ziwa Hillington is an alumni beneficiary of the "CHAIN community resource center youth support program-.

Ziwa joined CHAIN's resource center at 19 years. And in 2012, after 4 years of capacity building at CHAIN, he Joined Green BioEnergy Ltd, a green social enterprise to pursue his career in social business and renewable energy, he has been in the social business for 9 years now and is currently the Managing Director.

Ziwa's journey is exemplary of CHAIN's potential in creating possibilities for youth and women through its capacity-building and health programs. We are privileged that Ziwa still associates with CHAIN to date; he is a technical support volunteer, supporting strategy and program development and implementation.

"I think one of the biggest challenges for young people, is the incapacity to identify possibilities and later on find people who would support them to capitalize on these possibilities. Looking back at 14 years ago when I got my first opportunity to learn about social development and health at CHAIN and where I am today, I consider myself one of the luckiest people in the world, I was done good at CHAIN and for that, I am grateful my entire life" Ziwa Hillington.
