Nairah has a strong governance background and leads delivery of community based health programmes helping to turn health priorities into practical, coordinated action at community level.
Her work involves bringing together different partners and perspectives, paying close attention to how programmes are planned, delivered and documented and ensuring that commitments made to communities and donors are followed through responsibly.
With a background in internal control and risk management, she is particularly focused on ensuring programmes are delivered responsibly and in line with commitments made to communities and funders.
Nairah is passionate about strengthening primary health care systems through prevention-focused, community-led approaches and is a strong advocate for improving access to adequate treatment and care in marginalised and resource-limited settings.
